IndonatPolice – General Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo, the National Police Chief, inaugurated the National Police Development Deliberation (Musrenbang) held at the Nusa Dua Convention Center in Bali. The Musrenbang Polri 2023 carries the theme “Polri as a Precise Force in Accelerating Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Transformation and Ensuring the Success of the 2024 Elections Security.”
This event serves as a crucial forum for police leaders to discuss, formulate, and develop police development plans in support of national development programs, economic recovery, and structural reforms.
In his address, General Pol Listyo Sigit emphasized that the Musrenbang in 2023 is an opportune moment for the National Police to consolidate efforts to strengthen the direction of police development and support national development programs in economic recovery and structural reforms.
The Musrenbang Polri 2023 was attended by the Chief of National Police Staff (PJU), all Regional Police Chiefs (Kapolda), Karo Rena, as well as both offline and online participation for senior officials and all Renmin and Polres members.

The Role of Musrenbang in National Development
The Musrenbang Polri 2023 is part of the National Development Deliberation (Musrenbangnas) held by the government in 2023. Musrenbangnas serves as a planning mechanism that brings together proposals and the needs of government plans. In this context, the National Police actively contributes by formulating police development plans for the coming year.
Through this year’s Musrenbang, the National Police can strategize to improve the quality of public services, maintain security, and uphold public order, especially in anticipation of the upcoming 2024 political year.

Through the Musrenbang Polri 2023, it is expected that comprehensive and sustainable development plans will be formulated. These plans will focus on enhancing the quality of public services and strengthening security and public order throughout Indonesia.
By adopting a precise approach, the National Police is committed to ensuring the achievement of inclusive and sustainable economic transformation. Additionally, the police force is determined to maintain stability and security in the lead-up to the 2024 elections.
Appreciation and Awards
During this occasion, General Pol Listyo Sigit expressed his utmost appreciation to the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) and relevant ministries and institutions for their support in achieving precise transformation.
He also presented awards to the Regional Units (Satwil) and Work Units (Satker) of the National Police that have demonstrated outstanding performance in various areas, such as traffic fines, intelligence fees, public order and security fees, and others.
These awards are given as a form of recognition for the hard work, dedication, and loyalty of the National Police personnel in carrying out their policing duties.
