IndonesiaPolice – The Mobile Brigade Corps (Brimob) of the Indonesian National Police welcomed a visit from the Ambassador of France, which was personally greeted by the Commander of Brimob, Police Commissioner General Anang Revandoko, at the Brimob Police Corps Headquarters in Kelapa Dua, Depok.
The purpose of the visit by the French Ambassador was to strengthen cooperation and exchange of information between the Brimob Police Corps and the French police. The Ambassador of France was also interested in witnessing the readiness of the members and the equipment possessed by the Brimob Police Corps.
In order to welcome the visit, Police Commissioner General Anang Revandoko personally greeted the French Ambassador at the entrance of the Brimob Police Corps Headquarters. They then took a tour to see the facilities and meet with the Brimob members on duty.

During the visit, the Ambassador of France conducted an inspection of the Brimob members and the main weaponry systems (alutista) at the Brimob Police Corps Headquarters. The French Ambassador was interested in knowing the capabilities of Brimob in dealing with various security situations.
Police Commissioner General Anang Revandoko explained to the French Ambassador about the duties and roles of the Brimob Police Corps in maintaining security and public order. He also highlighted the importance of international cooperation in addressing the increasingly complex security challenges in the era of globalization.
On this occasion, the French Ambassador expressed high appreciation for the professionalism and dedication of the Brimob Police Corps members. He acknowledged that cooperation between the Indonesian National Police and the French police is crucial in maintaining regional and global security and stability.
The visit of the French Ambassador is expected to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the Brimob Police Corps and the French police, and pave the way for closer cooperation in the future.
