Bali – National Police Chief Listyo Sigit Prabowo checks the readiness of 91 Command Center posts in Bali. Sigit wants to ensure that the security process for the entire series of international events that will take place in the province of Bali runs as well as possible.
“We have just carried out inspections of the post prepared to handle various international activities. One of them is the G20 Bureau,” said Sigit after visiting 91 Command Center posts in Nusa Dua, Bali, Saturday (19/3).
The former Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police explained that the TNI-Polri are the main units that secure all international events in Indonesia, one of which is Bali.
Sigit explained, in addition to maintaining the security situation and public order, TNI-Polri personnel will also prepare a security model for VVIP guests at the level of heads of state, ministers, and other high state officials. TNI and Polri will provide the best and good security.

“So the command center post that we just checked is one of the posts that monitors all security activities that occur in the first, second and third rings,” said the former Banten Police Chief.
Sigit revealed, 91 command centers will be connected to around 1,400 CCTV or monitoring cameras in the Bali area. Not only that, but will be connected to all personnel responsible for safety.
“So then this post can communicate where when it is needed to carry out activities in the field, because there are problems, there are threats, there are disturbances in the field that require quick personnel movement, so from this command post instructions can be given,” said Sigit.
Sigit said the 91 command centers are currently conducting evaluations to ensure the safety and security of the entire series of international events can run smoothly without the slightest disturbance.
According to Sigit, with the success of all international events, it will make Indonesia more good, fragrant and more trusted in the eyes of the world.

“Of course there are some features that we continue to complete. We are preparing so that security related to a series of international events until the presidency can all run safely, smoothly and well, and make Indonesia proud,” said Sigit.
Not only connected in Bali, Sigit explained that these 91 Command Centers are also connected in the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) area, especially the Mandalika Circuit, which holds the MotoGP international event. Even the command center is also connected at the Police Headquarters level.
“So this becomes a series of supervision, then a monitoring system and the movement of the layers of power, starting from which the police level has to decide, which ones are in the ring, which are carried out by the regional police and which ones are taken over by Headquarters. I think this is what we are preparing. We continue to evaluate for improvements in our security,” concluded Sigit.
