Various steps and efforts continue to be made by the ranks of the Tingkir Polres Salatiga Police in an effort to raise awareness of the public about the implementation of health protocols to anticipate the potential spread of Covid 19 in accordance with the directives, appeals, and policies of the government in the midst of the implementation of the PPKM level 3 policy.
On Monday (20/09/2021), members of the joint patrol of the Tingkir Police led by Bripka Masruh carried out monitoring of community activities at the Salatiga Terminal in order to further provide directions and appeals in order to raise awareness and discipline the community regarding health protocols to anticipate the spread of Covid 19.
In their activities, members carry out dialogical patrols targeting residents or groups of people who are active in the main terminal of Salatiga City. Members make appeals to community members who do not understand health protocols and give appreciation to residents who have been disciplined for implementing health procedures.
The presence of members of the Tingkir Police Joint Patrol at the Salatiga Terminal received a positive response from terminal officers and the Salatiga City transportation service because the presence of the police directly came down to create a conducive and controlled situation at the location.
Several community members who have disciplined and orderly carried out health protocols found around the location expressed their appreciation and support for what the Tingkir Police had done and hoped that the activities would continue so that Covid 19 could be anticipated.
The Salatiga Police Chief AKBP Indra Mardiana SH SIK MSi, who was contacted in a separate place, hoped that the real actions that his members had taken for the community regarding the Covid 19 problem must continue to be improved in the future.
