The Sabu Case is Revealed by Situbondo Police, and Two Suspects are Arrested

Situbondo Police, Semeru Drug Operations Task Force, Situbondo Police arrested two suspects in the case of drug abuse of the type of methamphetamine on Sunday (5/9/2021).

The action task force led by Aiptu I Wayan Parka and Aipda Hudoyo received information from the public regarding the abuse of methamphetamine. Furthermore, the officers quickly carried out an investigation and succeeded in securing the suspect FR (20) on the Kedungdowo village highway, Arjasa sub-district, with evidence of 1 pocket of methamphetamine stored in a cellphone case. Then, from the results of the development of the suspect FR, it is known that methamphetamine was obtained from FJ (32) who then carried out a raid and a search of his home in the Arjasa district and found 4 pockets of methamphetamine.

From the results of the disclosure, the Drugs Operations Task Force arrested two suspects, namely FR, with evidence of 1 pocket of methamphetamine, 1 cellphone, and 1 Vario motorcycle. The evidence that was secured from FJ included cash allegedly from the sale, 4 pockets of methamphetamine and 1 cellphone.

The Head of Public Relations, Iptu Achmad Sutrisno, SH, said the Situbondo Police in the 2021 Semeru Drug Crushing Operation succeeded in uncovering a case of methamphetamine with two suspects and evidence.

“The two suspects along with the evidence have been secured by the Situbondo Police. Both were charged with Article 112 Sub 114 of Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, “he concluded.
