The Head of the National Police’s Security Maintenance Agency, Komjen. Pol. Drs. Arief Sulistyanto, M.Sc., together with the police chief in Malang Raya, were present at the central isolation area at YPPII Jalan Indragiri, Songgokerto Village, Batu District, Batu City, Tuesday (27/7/2021).
The arrival of the Kabaharkam Polri was immediately welcomed by the Mayor of Batu Dewanti Rumpoko, along with several heads of regional apparatus organizations (OPD) within the Batu City Government. Arief immediately saw and reviewed the existing infrastructure at YPPII.
“Isolation is one way to prevent transmission. We must continue to remind people of health protocols. If there are positive cases, they immediately report them and isolate them, “explained Kabaharkam Polri.
Polri praised the YPPII isoters for having adequate facilities. Plus, it has good facilities and infrastructure, so it is very feasible for those who want to work in isolation.
The Kabaharkam Polri appealed to residents who were exposed to COVID-19 to be isolated in a place that had been prepared by the Batu City Government.
“Residents who are exposed should immediately report and isolate themselves in the isolation place prepared,” explained the Kabaharkam Polri.
Kabaharkam Polri said that with the current conditions, good cooperation was needed to solve the Covid problem. Including cooperation in regional leadership communication forums.
