Friday (23/07/21) morning, the Demak Regency Penitentiary carried out a COVID-19 vaccination program for inmates in the prison.

Present at the vaccination was the Head of Demak District Detention Center, Riski Burhannudin, AMd.IP.S.SOS. M.Si, Demak 1 PKM vaccinator team led by Dr. Retno Widhiastuti, MH and Bhabinkamtibmas, Bintoro Village Aipda Zuhri, SH.

Approximately 190 inmates received injections of the covid-19 vaccination for strengthening antibodies against the COVID-19 virus. The vaccination program is aimed at preventing the corona virus and for body resistance.

Bhabinkamtibmas Bripka Zuhri, who accompanied the implementation of the activity monitoring activities, also provided education so that the vaccination ran smoothly.

Many prisoners who are vaccinated claim to be happy because they get the opportunity to get free vaccines. Because they know the dangers of the covid-19 virus itself, they hope that their immune system will increase so they can carry out activities as usual.
