JAKARTA – An Australian citizen (WNA) is suspected of running an “orgasm class” business in Ubud, Gianyar, Bali. The police confirmed the ‘Tantric Full Body Energy Orgasm Retreat’ event was canceled.

“The National Police acted quickly to take steps related to viral news on social media about yoga that was held by foreigners in Bali. We make sure that this activity will not be held, ”said the Head of Criminal and Criminal Investigation Police, Komjen Agus Andrianto, in a press statement, Monday (8/3/2021).

The event is known to be planned to be held on Saturday-Tuesday (6-9 / 3). Komjen Agus said that his party had taken steps to anticipate the event.

The steps that have been taken by the police are visiting the scene of the case and examining related witnesses, including the organizers who are two foreigners from Canada and Australia.

One of the organizers is known to be an Australian citizen named Andrew Barnes. Agus said the organizers have admitted to uploading information related to the event on social media.

“The organizers admitted that they had uploaded the activity on social media accounts, then felt that the upload was inappropriate and contrary to Balinese culture and subsequently deleted the upload and subsequently canceled hotel bookings and canceled the planned yoga activity,” said Komjen Agus Andrianto.
