Police Raided Two Kiosks in Luwuk City, Tens of Cap Tikus Bottles Confiscated

Humas.polri.go.id, Central Sulawesi Police, Banggai Police – KRYD Tarantula Patrol personnel, Sabhara Unit, Banggai Police raided a number of kiosks selling alcohol in Luwuk City, Thursday night (4/3/2021).

“There were two stalls that were raided, namely in the Maahas Pantai complex, South Luwuk District and in Mangkio Village, Luwuk sub-district,” said Head of Sabhara Iptu Jimyarto Anasim SH.

Initially, officers were carrying out routine night patrols and received information stating that one of the residents was selling alcohol, namely in the Maahas Pantai complex which was known to belong to a man with the initials AD (28).

“From the search at the AD kiosk, 29 bottles of 600 ml of rat-stamped alcohol were found,” explained Iptu Jimyarto.

However, before the AD perpetrator along with the evidence, he told the officers that at one of the kiosks in the PLN Luwuk housing complex, Mangkio Village, Luwuk District, he also carried out selling activities of the rat stamp type alcohol.

“Based on this information, the members immediately went to the location to check and search,” said Iptu Jimy.

From a search at a kiosk owned by an IRT with the initials RL (41), officers found a rat-stamped alcohol stored in a 20 liter jerry can.
