The Bali Police Chief with the Governor of Bali and Danrem 163 / Wirasatya, meeting to evaluate the handling of Covid-19 in Bali Province

Bali Regional Police – Bali Police Chief Inspector General Pol Putu Jayan Danu Putra, S.H., M.Sc., together with the Governor of Bali Ir. I Wayan Koster, along with Danrem 163 / Wirasatya Brigadier General Husein Sagaf, S.H., held a meeting to evaluate the handling of covid-19 in Bali Province, which took place at the Jayasabha building, Sunday (21/02/2021).

At the evaluation meeting, the Regional Secretary of Bali Province, Head of Regional Office of the Ministry of Law & Human Rights, District Heads / Mayors in Bali, Kadinkes, Kalaksa BPBD, Head of PMD Office, Head of PMA Office and Head of Head of the Regional Police of Bali Province.

The meeting to evaluate the handling of vivid-19 in Bali Province was chaired and opened directly by the Governor of Bali, Ir. I wayan Koster, by delivering directions from the Coordinating Minister for Marves (implementation of Vicon on February 18, 2021), particularly highlighting that the results of the PPKM have not brought significant changes, violations committed by foreigners and directions to tighten the entrance to Gilimanuk Port.

Furthermore, the Governor conveyed directions from the Coordinating Minister for the Economy on February 18, 2021, including the stipulation of the extension of the implementation of Micro PPKM in 123 Regencies / Cities in 7 provinces from February 23 to 2016. March 8, 2021.

The Governor of Bali also conveyed the development of the Covid-19 case in Bali, where currently nationally Bali is in the 7th largest contributor to cases, while the districts / cities that have recorded the highest number of cases include Denpasar, Badung, Gianyar and Tabanan.

Delivered that for the implementation of health care vaccination, Bali has reached the number 1 national position, 98.4% for phase I has been vaccinated and stage II is 69.2%. The target for completion of vaccination for health workers on February 21, 2021 cannot yet be completed due to out of stock of vaccines, but currently there is support for new stocks of vaccines.

The governor also conveyed his emphasis, to increase yustisi operations and tighten control of domestic travelers (PPDN) at Gilimanuk Port.

And the Governor’s circular letter regarding PPKM Mikro is being drafted, with changes from the previous circular letter, including:
~ Restaurant operating hours, specifically to serve delivery, which was originally a maximum of 21.00 changed to be in accordance with restaurant operating hours.
~ added requirements for rapid antigen test for committees and participants in traditional, religious and socio-cultural activities.
~ The age limitation for children who are not required to carry out the PCR test or rapid antigen test is 5 years.
~ added instructions to tighten the monitoring of test results for PPDN at Ketapang and Gilimanuk Ports.

There is 20 kg / family of rice support for two weeks from Bulog which is allocated for residents who carry out isolation in villages in the yellow, orange and red zones (during the implementation of PPKM Mikro) and in this regard the Head of Social Affairs of each District / City “immediately make a proposal / submission to the nearest Bulog,” said the Governor of Bali.

The evaluation meeting for the handling of Cobid-19 in Bali Province went smoothly, orderly and of course, was in accordance with health protocols.
